Lucky we live in the country that has a sea expanse very vast with all resources inside the sea, especially sea fish. Although the compare fish consumption level of Indonesian people still low with another country, but every year the graph always increase.

The sea fish have a complete various nutrient, and it very important for human body. Consuming sea fish early can increase development and child brain intelligence and prevent incoming several
degenerative disease (disease because increase human age ).

One of the important nutrient value in sea fish is
omega 3 (EPA and DHA). Some kinds of sea fish with omega 3 nutrient value and many sold at Indonesian market is tuna fish, mackerel fish, flying fish, lemuru fish and many more.

Omega 3 participating for intelligence and prevention some diseases degenerative begun at the somebody stays in pregnancy. Therefore, very suggested to consumings foodstuff that contain omega 3 when mothers on pregnant. Besides that, omega 3 also functioned to help formation smoothness various fetus vital organ (like nerve system and brain, heart, the five sense, sex organ, etc) and finally can decrease defect risk when the baby was born.

The omega 3 function doesn't stop until there. Omega 3 also have a important function for smoothness nerve cell process (include brain cell) and then can increase child intelligence at the time they grow.

Omega 3 also have a important function for healthy. When human getting old, they susceptible will be hit by various disease along with decrease they body invulnerability system. Permanently consuming food that contain omega 3 can increase stamina and it make not easy be attacked disease. Omega 3 in sea fish also can prevent incidence heart sickness and stroke by decrease cholesterol rate in blood.

From above explanation, we know how big omega 3 benefit for human body, begin from fetus, baby up to adult. Isn't wrong if Indonesia government and medical nutrient expert incites to consuming fish early to the people.

We get many benefit only from omega 3 nutrient in sea fish. Still many sea fish nutrient that very useful for human body, like protein, vitamin, mineral, etc. Don't forget, all of that can't separate from fresh fish election to consumption.
